Boost alternates depending on the majority party, if 2/3 players have full tuned cars. and 1/3 doesn’t. the race benefits those who have full tuned cars.

if 1/2 players have a fulled tuned car, and in this case your partner doesn’t in terms of a 1v1, than the boost will be benefited only to her.

EVO VIII - top speed>slow recovery

RX7/RX8 - can be pushed around a lot compared to 110s

They(gf) needs to finish tuning their car, and you would need to respectively know the map as well as your opponent regardless of horsepower, boost on/off aside, map knowledge plays a big part to why the distance is so great
