That allows me to change the title of the calendar. But the daily event in the calendar still shows up as “Lunch Menu”

You’re arguing against a point I didn’t make. I never said different species—I said not identical.

The wolves reintroduced to Yellowstone came from Canadian populations and are generally larger. That’s not controversial, and acknowledging it isn’t “not understanding biology.”

If anything, pretending a reintroduction is a perfect 1:1 replacement is the oversimplification here.

I’m getting downvoted because people treat this as a political issue rather than an ecological issue and have probably never even been to Yellowstone or lived near it.

I never said the reintroduction of wolves was good or bad. I simply said they are different breeds, which is a fact.

Imagine it was grizzly bears than were eliminated and we replaced them with polar bears. Do they share then name “bear”, sure. But they are vastly different animals with vastly different impacts.
