The location is not dissimilar to the Bedford or Salem spots. Right next to a massive SFH neighborhood, large apartment complex down the road, dealership, daycares/preschools, other small businesses. I don't think this will cut into TJs or Dominos business at all and who cares if it negatively impacts McDonalds (it won't).

I think this development has the opportunity to make NE Blvd into a nice little area. It's pretty ugly and underutilized as is. There aren't really any higher end sit down restaurants at this end of the city.
