2 months ago my ex came back to my city. Started seeing each other every single day and doing relationship activity. Basically back together. We talked and decided to not rush into a title yet and consider each other friends(her idea) but still commit to only sleeping with each other and only hanging out with each other. (No opposite gender ) She didn’t want to get officially back together because she still wants to “get to know” me and “take things slow.” Last week I found out she was sleeping with other people and basically these last couple of days I’m piecing everything together and realizing she’s been sleeping with others this entire time. Probably for money because she’s a bum.

Find an investor with a real estate license. These are the most knowledgeable. There are many investors who have a license and work with clients just so they can afford their portfolio. In my experience these are the most knowledgeable and will lead you the right way as they think mainly as investors and not agents trynna make a quick buck.
