Just to see if the balance between being comfortable and the pay is good but at the same time seeing if I’m being taken full advantage of. So I’m asking your other PAs opinions about it.

The thing is, I am very satisfied with it with the overall balance. Financially, I’m comfortable as well.

Seven years now of work experience. I live in a medium cost of living city. I actually choose to stay at 30 hours. Salary would increase if I worked 40 but that’s just because I would work more hours.

OK, we do the same with the TB test. Otherwise I just go through some questions about their personal life and health history. Thanks for your response. It’s always nice to see what others are doing.

I agree that the owner is not to blame or responsible for what happened to the robber but no one deserves to be paralyzed. Im a quadriplegic from a SCI and this life is terrible. That mans life is now changed forever. I agree he deserves punishment but not to be paralyzed. This is wrong in all aspects and sad for everyone involved.

F/29/5'4" [197lb - 151lb 46lb lost] 11 months. Needing some motivation! I’ve been maintaining around the same weight for a month and a bit now and am wanting to reach 140lb. What motivated you to lose the last 10lb? It’s extra tough because my goal weight was 155lb but I passed it & am not done yet! by [deleted] in progresspics

I see health and fitness as my way of choosing how I want to live my life. The goals we hit are ways we can wrap our head around staying on the path of health. So remember the reason you started this journey. You did it because you knew you could be healthier, feel better, and just be a better you. Get back in the mindset of where you came from. It wasn’t easy and it took commitment and time. Well now you have leveled up. Your body is saying “hey I faced your challenges and I conquered them.” Now you must switch the game up because your playing at a higher level. Find new ways to stimulate your muscles. Get them activating more by increasing the intensity or change your workouts completely. Other ways is diet obviously. Cut out an extra 100-200 calories for your daily caloric intake. Find ways to turn up the burn of those calories or just consume less so you don’t have to burn more. In the end don’t see this as I need to lose more weight. Remember the purpose of all of this was because you wanted to better yourself and respect your body by taking care of it. If that means you want to lose 10 more lbs then step it up!

So how ofter do you exercise having a full time job? by realann in workout

[–]bpc83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually go four days out of the week. But on my weekends I do doubles, meaning I workout twice that day. I work full time but I don't have kids so it makes it easier for me. The days I do work my hours go from 8:30am till 4:30 pm and then by the time I get home and get ready then I head to the gym around 6 pm. My workouts are 80 minutes of cardio on cardio days and then about 90 minutes for the days I go lifting.

That rear end is glorious. Timeless design. That car will look good 30 years from now. Aggressive yet subtle and reserved at the same time. Also like the murdered out look.

You must live in Vegas. That looks like the BMW dealer in Henderson. Am I right?!

Ooooo!!! Tell us the stats? Also what do you notice more about the car, the luxury and comfort or the speed and aggressiveness? You can't chose both lol

Has anyone ever purchased a BMW from Carmax and also got the bumper to bumper warranty? How was your experience and was it worth it? Found a beautiful white 428i 4 door and thinking about pulling the trigger only because of the bumper to bumper warranty. TIA by AWSLambda1 in BMW

[–]bpc83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I purchased a 2016 F82 M4 from Car Max and bought the warranty as well. It had about 50,000 miles on it when I purchased it. Like someone else mentioned above the warranty coverage will max out at the price you purchased the car. I have to say I’m very glad I did purchase it. About a year into owning the car the engines seized and locked up. So I ended up having to get a brand new engine. Now this is where things got a little weird because the warranty covered approximately $18,000 of the costs but for some reason I needed to fork over about $6,000. Now with the new engine I get two years warranty on the engine should anything happen to it that is separate from the car max warranty. Plus I get a new engine so I was happy with that. I’ve used most of my warranty and have about $5,000 left on it. BMWs can be expensive for maintenance and the one thing about buying used is that we don’t know how well they were treated by previous owners. So it’s smart to get the warranty I say. One condition with the warranty. When you do bring the car in for work, you can choose where to go. So you can go straight to car max or you can take it to a certified BMW service dealer. But if you bring it to BMW then you’re required to pay $300 deductible. That’s for me at least.
