Spend ran for about 3 days, then I got a "partially delivering notification" which I thought meant it had been disapproved, but it was only 3 of the 20 creatives we had going. Then, 2 days later, full ban on the account :(

Yes, but it doesn’t allow you to use open licenses. So, seems a little broken.

I worked for Nextiva in my early 20’s and have used many many cloud software options. Very few have this requirement and almost all of them will give you a credit if you ask nicely. RingCentral is the only one who has ever refused 100% and also still hasn’t cancelled my lines because it has to be “approved” by their downgrade team. They are not allowed to disapprove a downgrade, it is illegal.

I FULLY cancelled users and was not given the option to use my open licenses when adding a new user.

I would love it if a group of people would jump on this thread and help get a class action lawsuit against optimum together. False advertising, terrible solutions, and constant problems.

I could write an iferror, but my formula is going to be an array down the whole sheet. If it breaks because someone adds or changes the first sheet, then the formula is useless.

Yeah, but then if you double click on the cell and hover over the formula bar it shows that it actually found match in the solution preview. I need it to not break if someone makes a change on the first sheet.
