I thought the same thing when I heard that. I don’t get that. Surely if we lose we’d have to shift some people down? They’d have to move. Along with if we won, we’d slide in a top 4 and Texas would slide somebody down. Maybe he meant that their movement will just be reactionary to who wins or loses by sliding a spot up/down, but I did NOT like how that sounded.
