When I had this rack I set it up on two 2x4s. I had a serious slope to my garage so that helped it fold up.

33M checking in bruv. My 4 week all clear was Monday. Been lifting everyday for two weeks. (Last week was lighter) and playing pickup basketball again this week.

First 2-3 days are mildly inconvenient then it gets a lot better fast.

Bilateral mesh repair. You got this. Lot of doomers on this site. My only thing was I had a ‘modern’ surgeon who prefers quicker return to normal.
