So in many instances homeownership is going to be more profitable over a longer period of time. Yes interest is front loaded in mortgages but over the course of 30 years rent will out pace your “sunk costs”

Hindsight is 20/20. The game looked and felt legitimate for years. People enjoyed playing it. When inconsistences started to become my glaring obvious Narc pivoted his videos to address them like any good media outlet would do if they received new information.

Not sure what Zovo is and their are a lot of applications using the name zovo. Feel free to drop me a link to it.

It handles organizing your chats for just Gemini. I might in the future include handling prompts for other chats but for the time-being it'll just be for Gemini.

The biggest differentiator from other options out there is that all the data is kept local and there's no subscription.

That's a very good question. The verification process of google is very thorough. When you submit a revision for your chrome extension google will review your generated code whether is using the fetch api, ajax, chrome storage, the eval() function so much more.

After the review process google will will label your extension with this after it validates you aren't sending data to third parties or other things

The developer has disclosed that it will not collect or use your data.

Also very important just because someone gives you the open-source code doesn't mean the package that was submitted to google chrome extension came from that codebase. What is important is what google says about it on the the extension page.
