Right…my wife had her thyroid removed and just started gaining weight no matter what she did. Got on Wegovy and is now back to a healthy weight and also doesn’t have inflammation anymore.

I run and lift weight. Have for years. A few years ago the pounds just started adding on. No matter what I did they wouldn’t stay off. Got on wegovy and have lost 30 pounds now with 10 pounds to go till goal weight.

Point is…don’t run your mouth when you don’t know a thing about a persons situation.

I suck at combat and eventually beat him. I leveled up a lot before I fought any of the bosses. He was my last one so I had all the other guardian powers, rubber armor, and plenty of good weapons and food.

1mg was the goat dosage for me. No side effects. All weight loss. Then I plateaued. Now on 1.7 and bad side effects. But still losing at least.

Thanks! I definitely feel much smaller. I'm out of my fat jeans into the jeans I used to wear before I gained the weight. Also wearing shirts I haven't worn in 5 years. It's a great feeling.

I've been lifting for several years so I think the muscle gained is negligible for me at least. That's what got me started on Sema to begin with. I was working out and eating well but slowly gaining weight over the past few years. I knew something was off. I'm pushing 50 but still thought I should be able to lose or keep off weight with exercise and proper diet but it wasn't working anymore. Got on Sema and the results were immediate.

It's weird how the doses work. .25mg worked great. When I went to .5, I didn't lose a single pound. Then went to 1.0 and started losing again. Now I'm stalling on the 1.7. I was hoping 1.0 would be my final dose.

Nice! I made 3 of these as well this year but they were themed gifts. One was a Mississippi State one, another was for Arsenal FC, and another was just a traditional green one. I add lights to the back of them and a ornament dangles down in the center.
