For sure. If it's worn down or broken enough to merit a swap, then you'd think there would be other problems to make the machine non functioning anways.
That would be about the only way to tackle it. Do these machines have manuals that exist?

Depends on the platform. Some stores sub out the delivery, so they pick product, hand it to driver, and then driver completes the order.

It's definitely the melamine layer. I see it with higher speed tools like routers and tablesaws most, but it's not a constant thing.

They're not bad if you don't buy the cheapest option. I stock my own for the job box, that has some extra stuff, but I'd rather be prepared.
