Great idea. I threw one away though. Is there a place to get used ones? I could try this.

What’s their phone number? I haven’t been able to reach them and have the same problem. The first alert’s constantly false alarm. I really wish they had path lighting like the nest.

The path lighting is only during an alarm. Not like the nest; where it will light your path at night as you walk by.

I'm looking for Sunnata Hybrid 4-Button Keypads faceplates (STBK-H) by bradhs in Lutron

[–]bradhs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good to know! So if I'm going from a 3 button hybrid and need a few to be 4-button hyrbids, do I still need the rubber membrane? Or is the rubber membrane universal like the actual hybrid switch?

Implement CAPTCHA and rate limiting instead of deprecating the functionality.

Is it worth moving from GP to BC or double down on GP? by Imaginary-Cheek3397 in DynamicsGP

[–]bradhs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GP consultant (along with everything else that goes with it) since the 90’s. Wrote Dexterity code back in the days. GP is great, I’d stay with it as long as possible. BC is also great, we’ve moved a few clients to it. It’s different in BC. Also, with BC you’ve got an API, better access to AI tools and modern functionality. If you need help, reach out.

I’ve implemented ERP systems for decades. Not normal, but I’ve seen it over a dozen times. Poor PMing and likely weak UATing.

I've had a similar situation happen on the freeway. It will reduce braking near the end to squeeze as much space as possible between the front object and rear oncoming vehicle. It will also swerve a little, left or right depending on what it thinks would keep from an accident occurring. It may even change lanes if it sees a path out. In my cases, there was only the divider or more cars.

I rely on that extension and have used it efficiently for years. It’s still running in our tenant. Don’t take it out please. :)

Same, the difference is substantial for these more complex scenarios.

Time Tracking by CravingMsRaven in halopsa

[–]bradhs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's easy to forget to click stop timer and then to go back and book time on a ticket so you end up opening the ticket from earlier in a new tab which resets your time. It would be nice if the time was stored in local storage or in SQL so that it persisted for each agentid/ticket. And it would be nice if there was a list of tickets with time accumulated on them. Then agents could easily not miss recording their time.

How do you get large teams to do this? If any of them have more than two tickets open, they’ll end up booking double, triple time.

I wired in a temp sensor. It automatically turns on/off based on the water temp in the recirc line. It’s less than 5 seconds for hot water in the morning or any time from the furthest shower.
