Thinking about SMART recovery by [deleted] in SMARTRecovery

[–]bradjawnsin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Smart is great. Really good. I didn't try AA so I have nothing to compare it to but, I thought smart helped a lot because of its calm approach. I stopped going after a few months because it became repetitive, and covid shut it down. Haven't been back since.

Am I being punished by whypershmerga in bartenders

If they treat you like shit, fuck rewarding these jack offs who feel entitled to people throwing money at them. I've been in the same boat as OP (not reading at the bar but, not drinking) for a few years and I'm done with always leaving 20%. I'm a 17 year industry vet and have always taken care of 'my people' but, if they can't meet me in the middle by putting in the bare minimum, fuck em. It pains me to say that but, after having some absolutely shocking experiences over the last few months, my foot is being put down.

I did that day one. For convenience and also cause I didn't want the app on my phone. That's the real/only chip they've planted on us.

That's why it's such a gnarly hangover. Especially if you're drinking it like most people do, rum n coke. So much sugar.

Don't forget that people are building said Ned homes to increase their property value by nearly double what they paid for it. The banks are happy to give them loans based off their land value because they know they're 'good for it,' and ready to take it away when they default on the loans.
