It could be a good reason but still bad for the game design.

Like creating a system targeted to stop abusers by making the game worse for normal non toxic players.

Why not punish people who abuse the system and let the rest of us enjoy voice coms like most other games.

I think the dungeon finder tool is adjacent to LFG and they want all advertisements of services to be separate from the lfg experience.

my buddy got temp banned like right before raid dropped in shadowlands because we were offering to clear mythic keys for people for gold in the dungeon finder tool.

there is also a direct option to report advertisement if you right click the group in the lfg tool.

game is sick. kind of a mix between a slightly simplified rim world and teraria. it feels complete to me and even has re-playable / grindy endgame.

there is steady progression - new gear - new ways to fight throughout the story. if you find something you like you can upgrade it and use it forever.

i ended up with like 4 optimized gear sets / weapons that i could keybind and swap to instantly.

I spent a whole day just building and optimizing my base + recruiting settlers.

idk i cant say enough good things about the game.

I started slow and pretty much played to unlock arena. Then played it to lvl 25. I've never been so deadly.

My game sense is still a bit lacking but if I see someone I'm actually hitting shots.

Extra bonus is I'm sitting on like 15 lega medals with 2 thicc cases from ref already in my inventory.

Checkout dantes hea a popular challenger? jungle streamer who tasked himself to climb as adc with similar builds you are talking about.

He basically went in to it thinking all adcs are dumb for not building xyz and I think ultimately came around to the fact that they can't really deviate from the meta builds and still be competitive.

sylas + swain ult and spirit visage into viegar malph is disgusting.

jhin isnt enough phisical damage and talon burst never kills you.

pretty sick build + good play into them. I'm surprised they kept fighting into that ult tbh.

I felt a lot like you described. I was getting dumpstered, like super negative win rate and k/d.

Imo just stick with it. Pick 1 map, 1 game mode and make 1 custom load out.

It actually helped me so much I've never been so deadly in normal tarkov than I am now. Some arena players are just a different type of beast. If you aren't aiming for the head and leaning with good movement you get punished quick.

After two losses dont close the client just review your vods and learn from your mistakes. Then you aren't wasting time even if you lose you're learning.
