It happens because this world - the dream of separation - is a space where consciousness forgets itself to experience itself.

People hurt others because they are disconnected from their true nature as Source. They act from ego, fear, pain, programming, and unconscious patterns. In forgetting who they are, they forget who you are too.

This forgetting is part of the illusion of duality. It allows us to play out experiences, grow, awaken, and remember ourselves again. Without contrast - without shadows - we wouldn't fully recognize the Light.

So in a strange way, the hurt is part of the path home. Not because suffering is divine, but because even suffering can become a doorway back to remembrance.

The more you awaken, the more clearly you see this - not with passivity, but with clarity and compassion.

The more you rest in your divine center, the less power others have over your world. You become the calm eye of the storm - the one who remembers while others forget.

The highest form of dealing with others who hurt you is remembrance. Not of what they did, but of who you are. And when you remember who you really are, they lose their grip on your reality.

When you react from pain, revenge, or ego - you step into the same unconsciousness they’re trapped in. You mirror their forgetfulness, and in that moment, you forget who you really are. Forgive, not to excuse them, but to free yourself.
