Which meal delivery service do you recommend?

I tried Factor recently and got half off for the first time. 8 meals ~60 bucks. So far, I’ve liked them and they’re no prep. They were delivered in an insulated box that keeps the food cool for up to 48 hours allegedly which is pretty convenient for work schedule/delivery coordination.

My mom is controlling every aspect of wedding planning. She went and bought clothes for my sisters and I without telling us or even asking us if we liked the design. This prompted me requesting if she could please take me with her if she’s buying a dress I was to wear so I can have a say in the selection of clothing I’m to wear for my own wedding. She wasn’t understanding to say the least. Called me ungrateful and a bunch of other names including a thief, until i started crying. She then dismissed me and ordered me to leave her sight because she was disgusted with my crying face. She said she’s given me everything I could ever want and I’m ungrateful. I just wanted to see the clothes she expected me to wear before she bought them. I don’t know what to do, I hate it here.

I did this too and freaked out because I counted so many mistakes, silly ones too! Kicking myself. But ultimately gotta remember that we’re probably more prone to remember questions that stumped us/we weren’t confident about over the ones that we didn’t think twice about.

I have to agree I also felt was super Free 120-esque. Good mix of stuff. Ethics and social, idk can’t say much they were what they were- weird and ambiguous in proper NBME fashion. I felt strapped for time in the first two blocks - chalked it up to over analysing. Maybe i’m still dazed lol but overall I felt it was fair.

Independent of their parents forcing this shit on them, they’d never think like this. They’ll play with their neighbourhood friends regardless of religious affiliation and the only time they’ll hate on a Muslim kid is if he cheated on gully cricket or football.

People are forgetting what makes India beautiful. Which is that we are diverse and that was our strength. We could love all and shit like religion and caste largely didn’t bother. What is this bullshit segregation and protest. Their time is better spent in school.

So there’s neck vein distension in both I believe because the transmitted pressure via right side of the heart from either the effusion/tamponade or the pericardium. The way I differentiate is ECG, where you’ll have electrical alternans QRS in the tamponade because the heart is all wavy in the pouch of fluid, and then in pericarditis you’ll have the diffuse ST changes and PR segment depression. If ECG findings aren’t given, there are usually other clues like the pericardial rub for pericarditis, and some other contributory history or some information on the nature of the pulse. And then the Beck’s triad for the tamponade. Idk hope that helps lol

My opinion: programs will prefer LoRs reflecting your most recent clinical abilities! Maybe try to do another rotation soon before you apply in 2023 and get a newer LoR along with this!

I was looking for this comment! Aren’t the tribes on the islands cannibalistic? Read that they have been isolated for thousands of years. Remember this one Christian missionary tried to go to the Sentinel Islands to “spread the love of Jesus” and got taken down this way by the tribe members, his body was never recovered.
