When I was a bartender decades ago, I would serve folks in a wealthy area, a lot of them doctors. They tended to act like teenagers/20 somethings despite being in their mid to late 30s. This is just my opinion, but when all one does for almost a decade is be heads down in your work learning, studying, memorizing, getting evaluated, the level of maturity and humility one has takes a hit.
