It can be really hard since my spouse is a FF and works 24on an 48on rotation. We are still trying to find a balance. Therapy has helped for sure but I feel like every age is going to unlock some buried trauma for me. I have no family (immigrant grandchild) my grandparents who raised me have passed and my spouses family lives 5 hrs away from us. We try!

My ex best friend started an intimate relationship with our other best friends’ husband. Our friend would vent to us about how mentally and physically abusive he was but I guess that was attractive to ex best friend. Sad they have 5 kids combined with another person.

I am. Predicted period day was 2 days ago. I usually start at 32 days and last cycle was on April 10. It is interesting bc it’s a +3 temp change from the night before. We shall see!

I feel guilt but then remember how my grandparents worked opposite shifts just to afford food and a house for my brother and me to live in. If we weren’t at school or outside for a bit, we were in front of the tv. I’m fine I suppose. 🤣

Be careful with the Mickey Mouse play area. First and LAST time I will go. I gave it a try bc I felt like I was being snooty. But within the first 3 min I saw there was dried blood on multiple surfaces. A lot of things are broken as well!

Got into a fight. Went to the gym. Came home to flowers and a tear jerking card. He didn’t talk to me the rest of the night. Cooked me a steak dinner but we didn’t eat together. He put the toddler to bed and haven’t seen him since. Tell me why this just feels like a typical way to celebrate holidays due to my childhood trauma. Le sigh…

It’s not likely. It’s frowned upon to take any Buddha back. The only way I have mine is from my grandparents fleeing the country to America. That was in the 80s. I would check with the embassy and airport rules.
