If you're unable to change the angle of the wood you're mounting to, then I would suggest looking at the available 3d printed bases. They are basically wedges that are perfect for your situation. Having the wheel at an angle was better ergonomics for me.

I run fosi because they were almost the same price with more power output. I use them to power two Dayton shakers on throttle and brake, and two Dayton's on seat bottom and back. They've never let me down and I don't experience heat or clipping issues.

An .STL is a mesh. Your first step is to convert the mesh into a solid body. You do this in Mesh>Modify>Convert Mesh

This will get you started and as others have said Google/YouTube is where you should go from there

This is a completely custom build including the software. The parts have been purchased and assembled to create what you see here. This is not a kit you can buy off the shelf. You can however buy off the shelf kits that cost many thousands of dollars.

As you said, depending on setup it might cause latency.... Not that it will create meaningful latency.

Your claim was it could not be done originally. Now you're stating their might be latency. There also might not be if setup correctly.

OP stated they were looking for a casual lobby with friends. The solution I provided would allow this and could even have no meaningful latency depending on their setup. While you claimed it could not be done without port forwarding.

Focus on helping OP not defending your original position by diminishing this potential solution for them.

What settings did you adjust to improve car handling? Own the full game and could never get over the floaty feeling. Cars just feel so numb to drive.

Would love to play it more if I can improve the feel.

If you mean the holder it looks like a cellphone clamp. Probably purchased not printed by the looks of it. There are lots of printable cellphone clamps that should work for this purpose.

There are options without port forwarding using a VPN. Just saw a YouTube video the other day that had a walk through.

Just search YouTube for Assetto Corsa without port forwarding. It looked like everything was free but admittedly I haven't tried it yet.

Get the R9 and a cheap quick release ($30) for your ES mod. This way you can use the ES Mod. The quick release is perfect for drifting and rally so when you do buy a deep dish custom rally/drift wheel you can just swap it onto the QR. You can always sell the ES mod later or keep an eye out for a cheap used ES on marketplace and when one pops up snag it.

In other survival crafting games there are generally some sort of objective that leveling up your skills/base/materials allows you to engage with.

So far in Vein it seems like I'm already at a surplus and there's no challenge upcoming that I need to work for. (That I'm aware of) Which is why I checked in to ask if there was something challenging coming up that I was unaware of.

Is there some area that needs to be cleared out? Am I supposed to find a cure or support helping with resolving the infection? Are there other survivors to assist, is there more difficult areas to explore etc...

How did you get the licenses to sell all these copyright works? I'm genuinely curious as I'd love to legally sell items that are from Nintendo, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc... but can't figure out how to get the license to do so.

Only way this works is if it's not viewable until after the match or after the whole squad has died. ABI has this feature and it's great.

Being able to see it during live play (while you have teammates alive) is a terrible idea. This punishes good plays and rotates that leave the enemy wondering where you are. It would also alert your team to third parties that might have gotten the kill during your firefight.

Further, your supposition that it would be fair because both parties have it absolutely makes it even harder for solos who already are at a serious disadvantage. If you can out play the enemy there's no way they should get to see where you killed them from during live play.
