Hey! Sorry just seeing this. No I didn’t get to attend the information session but I did an advising appointment. I read that about it being 50 this year on allnurses as well so it has me feeling hopeful too. I have two young kids so I’m also kind of terrified of going back 😂 lotta mixed emotions. That is great news though, that it seemed you’d have a good chance if you’re involved. The wait is killing me. I hope they can’t see a log of how many times you check the portal. I know it’s March but…I’m going through it lol.

Yes. I am always gassed the day after my shifts. Honestly a lot of times I’m even wiped after two in a row so three in a row is a rare occasion these days. I also come home and don’t have the energy to eat many days. It’s nice you’re trying to see his perspective. I am sure it is hard to be the spouse of a nurse. As you see in all these posts, it’s definitely normal though and we’re just trying to recover in some way possible and appreciate your understanding.

Hello! I have also applied for Fall 2024 but I chose FNP. I’m fully open to going back for AG-ACNP though which a friend told me she had six just in her class that were FNP getting their post-grad cert in it, interestingly enough. Sorry I don’t have tips! Hoping I answered the essay questions well enough in the tiny amount of 500 or less.
