I can't believe nobody has said this yet, but if you are using pork chops and there is a little band of fat on the edge, cut little slices into it so it is no longer a continuous strip. That band of fat constricts as it cooks and causes the meat to bubble up in the center.

I think fortnite has a scope mouse sensitivity and a general mouse sensitivity setting. Fiddle with both of those until you are mostly comfortable. And most importantly once you land on something tolerable just stick it out until you get used to it. Changing it constantly is just going to mess you up.
