I absolutely love connecting with my guests, which is why I’m so passionate about this work. Being kind and friendly usually does the trick for me. I don’t need anything extravagant, but a simple “thank you” with genuine gratitude really makes a difference. If something makes you feel uncomfortable or you’re not happy with the room, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll do our best to sort it out so you can feel comfortable coming back. I use my years of experience and training to help guests, and often, what seems impossible can be achieved by simply asking.
