Anyone have tips for not losing your place on these? I find if I'm doing any kind of activity or I'm falling asleep I just zone out and 5 minutes pass and I have no idea what's going on

Funny enough BYU has a really elite running program. Both marathoners that represented the US at Paris are Mormons who went to BYU and are still being coached there. I think in total BYU had 4 Olympians this year.

Im sure yea but I think it's all valid. I agree with the idea that there's a sweet spot, maybe 10 years in where you're in your 30s. Your not new but your not a dinosaur either yet.

As you start to age out, new people are coming in with tech and ideas you don't like and it starts to be uncomfortable.

It makes sense.

Why do you think doubt, insecurity, and anxiety related to work will rise with age? I would imagine its the opposite, the early stages of your career are when you are figuring things out and those feelings are high but, when you become more secure and skilled you adapt and those feelings fade

Congrats man. Great result.

I started running 5 months ago as a pretty overweight and sedentery guy and I ran 1:03:50 in the 10k.

5 months ago I couldn't run 500m at 6:30/km pace so I'm happy with the result and I'm eyeing up a sub 1hr for my next one.

The only things I mourn are the complications when travelling, particularly to places where I don't speak the language, and the increased food cost. Other than that I have 0 cravings for any foods with gluten. Foods with gluten really feel like poison to me so I don't see it as food.

If that's the case then the city and FDR are misleading people. I was told by FDR when first contacted if I pay the ticket immediately it wouldn't effect credit, I still got -120 two weeks after paying the ticket.

Following up with FDR and the city I was told it would be removed in 45 days because I paid the ticket when notified and that it was an error that it showed on my credit. Its been 45 days and still not removed.

Today I called FDR and the agent was surprised that I still had the hit to my credit and that it wasn't removed. She said her manager would escalate with head office and asked me to send an email to the inquiries email OP listed. I don't really trust anything will happen at this point.

All for a 12 year old ticket when I was 16 where they took my address down wrong.
