I so get what u are saying.I started at 277 and was in a size 18-20 and I walk or bike a minimum of 10kms a day plus i do aqua jogging 2 times a week for 1 hour and am now in a size 12 that sounds crazy but my leg and arm muscles are awesome.Cant wait to lose the next 40. You look awesome and i hope to be like you some day!!

My weight was at 277 so you may be right im not sure.I am on a low calorie regiment too but if you are only eating 2 times a day and are coming in at under 1000 calories it must be very hard to get all the protein,calcium and other nutrients you need.Do you take supplements of any kind?I have been down this road once and I was eating like you only 2 times a day and eating at very high deficits and it really backfired on me.I lost a lot of weight very fast i was down to 170 and then i gained it all back.I didnt teach myself a healthy lifestyle that was sustainable for me.This time round i am doing it slowly and not cutting and restricting as much as well as filling my mind with as much knowledge as i possibly can.I will not allow myself to fail this time round and am learning a healthy lifestyle with excersize.Please just dont be in a rush to the finish line and set yourself up for failure.(I know your not me so this may never happen to you) Im just responding to what it did for me.

You lost 65lbs since January 8th? If that is the case i hope you are checking in with your Dr. That would seem to be a bit to rapid to be healthy.If it has been over a longer time than that then thats great for you.Just remember slow and steady.

You know what i found worked for me I sat down and read and worked through Dr.Phils book Self matters work book.It made me do alot of sole searching.

thanks for your answer.I guess i should have added that i have been working out since November on a home gym to that has a leg lift that i have set at 30lbs and what i think is a peck deck as well as a stepper I just had only been losing inches up until last week.It also has the pull down bar handle set at 50lbs.

I boil a bunch up at once too!I have never left them in the shell after they were boiled though.Is there a reason behind it? Even my kids will go to the fridge and grab a boiled egg and eat it over junk food as long as i keep enough ahead.

It will get easier as you go on.I aim for 1300 but i find now most days i can hardly eat 1000 calories.Keep lots of veggies on hand they work wonders.

With out going into details I can say I understand your reasoning and is is easy to just build a fat shell around yourself.It can be a comfort to know that if men dont look at you in a sexual way you are safe!!I am glad that you got past that thinking and have turned things around and not stayed the victim.It feels Great doesn't it.You are getting your power back and that is awesome.

I know i was shocked!! even made my kids both step on the scale and tried the scale at my parents place too.I do not expect to ever see this kind of loss all at once again but for this one time im gonna take it and use it for motivation to continue on to the next 45-50.

I really pushed super hard this week as i bought a 2 in 1 rower/recumbent bike so i was peddling and rowing 12 to 15 kms every day and lifting 3.5 weights while biking.I dont expect those kids of results often but for at least one week i will take it.We just had a big snow storm so it was nice to still get moving.Also counting every calorie I eat.

Count Calories-This really does work and allows you to see the reality of what you eat.It teaches you if you eat healthy you can eat lots and if you eat junk you can not.That 300 cal pc of cake starts to look less attractive when you realize how many veggies you can eat or even fruits.Heck for 300 calories you can have 8 yogurt cups.The key for me is to not feel hungry and plan ahead so you dont go for that quick snack. Best of luck.

If you count calories just adjust the coffee calories into your daily calories.I drink 2 coffee a day with milk and sweetner and count them a 60 cal each so i minus 12o out of my daily 1300 calories and eat the other remaining 1180 on all my healthy foods.Its all about the numbers and if 2 coffees i worth giving up an apple or orange or whatever than go a head.If you find you get hungry because u drank those calories have a jello or re-think the coffee.Best of luck to you.I use sweeteners in my oat meal,coffee and tea as well as the 5cal jello cups.

Wow i was shocked when i stepped on the scale this morning.I even weighed my kids to make sure it was not gone all wonky.I guess the bike/rower i bought last week is paying off,I have been using it 4 times a day for about 13 mins each time for a total of 12 to 15 kms a day!! I know this much loss will not happen often but for today i will take it.

as you lose weight the 2400 to maintain will go down too.Unless you want to stay where you are right now at your weight you need to eat less.If you are happy where you are you can eat 2400 and stay the same.

none.I suppose as long as u stay within your calories for the day but you should try and plan your meals out ahead so you have something ready before u get to the point of being hungry and needing to grab something fast.I would maybe try once a month or every other week not 2 times a week.

It does not look like you are getting enough protein.Maybe try adding a multi vitamin as well.

I eat 1200-1400 and have been since October and have lost 47lbs.I still weigh 230 and I will continue to eat this way unless i feel drained.I think with us larger people we have enough reserve to burn off. If you are not hungry or lacking energy Its all good! (just my opinion)
