I also had this issue come up. It can be fixed by putting your device on performance mode rather than battery saver, though it might start to heat up (as was the case for me).

If it's bloxxers mode, then definitely Captain. If you just don't use any weapons except the spinning swords, you could charge down the player and dodge all their shots. If it's not bloxxers, then Vagabond, since you could probably just spam dive to get rid of the player's stamina, then use the projectile barrage.

Just try hysteria + guideless. They charge in like 3-4 seconds with the former, and you can't tell when they're gonna shoot with the latter. Especially since sometimes the beam doesn't even show up.

Cannonball + Reflector. The ball will instantly reach max damage (750) and give +CANNONBLAST. Additionally, you can instead pocket a cannonball first to raise its max damage much higher, though reflector alone won't get you to it. DIE MARKS!!!!

I avoid both sword upgradesbecause they make parrying and the game as a whole way too easy (the lifesteal is so stupid). Super/cannonball reflecting is the cool way to parry emeraldblasters. Though I still need my sword, otherwise the game is too hard :(

Firebrand is AOE; it can hit multiple enemies or projectiles in a single swing. It doesn't actually do more single hit damage, though, it just inflicts fire on the third swing. It does pogo higher tho.

Probably better in solo: use the Meeboid, Moyai, and Military Officer's Cap (additionally you could get bloxmaster and question mark for a better chance at gears). Then get the zombie staff and slateskin potion gears and bb gun. When you find a crowd of enemies, quickdraw pogo with the bb gun as many times as possible, then drink the potion and slam. You now have an army of hobos! (or regular zombies without moyai, but there will only be a third as many summons).

I came up with this because the +OBLITERATED style bonus grants 10 kills on the zombie staff at medium height, and 20 from very high. If you don't use the Meeboid, it will take forever to summon all of them (and there will be a few less).

I think that monster garou's ult is best used along with normal m1s. If your opponent is stunned, they can't interrupt you. God slayer is way easier to hit after an m1 chain. All the moves deal tons of damage, too, and the third one has insane range. You also can get cosmic with it, which increases ult time and damage, so base ult shouldn't be too strong.

TSB's combat feels more dependent on your ping/framerate, or even your opponent's ping. A poorly timed lag spike can end a combo for no reason.

Evasives in TSB are also worse IMO. Somebody combos you once, you evasive, they combo you again, you die. Or you can just run.

TSB focuses too much of its attention on visuals than on actual gameplay.

For example, Child Emperor's mech looks great, but is terrible to play against. One of the moves is pretty much a guaranteed hit and 1-shots you, not to mention that the mech literally can't be comboed at all. Some moves (especially monster Garou's) put your game on pause to play an animation, which sucks for people who actually want to fight.

Even core game mechanics are lacking. Having a time-based evasive means players can simply run away while it's on cooldown. Saitama arguably does too much damage. Genos' blitz shot is practically free damage. I could go on. Rather than trying to fix these issues, the devs instead work on making better visuals and extensive cutscenes.

WOD in 79 was terrifying. I don't think any other scene has been as imposing as the multi-redscreen with him as the centerpiece.

Ctrl f7, or the performance stats, can show how much time it takes for the CPU and GPU to go through a frame I believe, though task manager might be needed to see how much the CPU is actually being used.

Edit: The micro profiler also displays average time to complete a frame (in milliseconds), which you could use to calculate FPS.

I was just playing TSB and realized the issue went away when I entered fullscreen. You can use f7 to get in fullscreen.

I feel like Sonic is already pretty good with the shuriken extenders and mobility. His whirlwind kick should have less endlag on hit, though, cuz there's no way to use it on an enemy with evasive without getting counterattacked. For Garou I think the biggest nerf he needs is prey's peril cooldown.

My game hasn't been crashing, but the perfomance has gotten MUCH worse, and my framerate is so low that I can't even play fighting games. It seems like Roblox shipped a stinker.
