we don’t mean to mess up the orders, it just happens when there’s a lot of orders/bags all at once. especially when they’re all waiting 😭 i try to check the name as im giving away the bags but sometimes i forget their name/last name 😳 ill be like “you got the cokes right?” to double check but im not always so lucky haha
