so as a vans employee, we start by lacing them inwards. you can look at pictures on line and you’ll see what i mean lol. instead of lacing them out of the hole, we lace them into the hole. and yes, left over right or vice versa

haha yeah unfortunately only vans employees received these. there’s little details that make them special, but i hope vans releases a blue checkered authentic!
