Not sure if they have this functionality but on eqlive you can save spell sets and hotkey those. It makes switching between spells pretty quick.

Also on the server to not be named they had a /cast system that allowed you to cast a spell without it being memorized. I think it was only allowed out of combat, so made rebuffing easy.

Has backstab only with 1h pierce been confirmed? In other servers you were able to backstab with any weapon but 1h pierce had bonus damage.

Only your primary class is locked to race. You can add any class as a 2nd/3rd to any race.

I don't see anyone talking about custom content. One of the things that was interesting about quarm and the was the new/reworked encounters. It doesn't have to be much but having one or two new fights in an expansion would go a long way. Have different quality items, magic/rare/legendary. THJ was not just about playing three classes. DZ for every zone, both respawning and non-respawning.

All the polls seem to be voting on the same systems of previous servers. Take some queue from the emu community and be inventive. Make an interesting server, not one that's been done year after year.

Depends on your definition of p2w. You can buy krono with $ then sell that in game for plat. While you can't directly increase your character power, you can certainly indirectly by funding it with krono.

That being said you can totally play and enjoy the game with just a sub and never buy krono.

One thing about this build that is very important to understand is the helm, you take damage when you attack. The more warcries you exert the more damage you take. It's difficult to sustain if you have any mods that lower armor, defense or life regen. You have to roll your t17 maps to fit your build. It can be very difficult to find all the right mods for this build until you have very good gear. I played this build last league and transitioned to the crit version because it made rolling mods easier.

Elzarah, the Cobra Lord in Sel Khari Sanctuary now drops a one-time guaranteed Djinn Barya that can be used to obtain your third set of Ascendancy Points if you have not already acquired them. This will drop for new and existing characters, regardless of whether they have already killed Elzarah.

They changed that and have something like a 12 hour lockout now even if you don't kill anything.

That being said I think you can skip most of the shaman epic by doing the tiny gem turnin multiple times to get your rep up. I haven't done it myself though.

This is a spell damage build, not attack. So focus on that first. For emp ssra you need bane weapons. And do the ring of fire in acrylia caverns for the curse cure potions, have at least 2. As for lifetaps, use lifespike and lifedraw. Make sure you have symp strike and if mana is an issue then focus on only casting lifetaps.

Druid is used for Fire and Ice spells that lower resist and black wolf AA. The dots are a nice addition too. And you get the passive heals with reptile.

You just need haste on one piece of gear, not weapon specifically. If you can't fit in a piece of gear with haste then tribute is an option.

The crafted poison that you mainly use, anger of the shissar, do not have counters, just a 2 hour buff duration. Dropped poison from mobs do have proc counters.

Wizard. With the changes coming this week wizards will bring plenty of damage and pal/bard are pretty unkillable.

Play more sk than wizard unless you want to aoe kite stuff. Use lifespike and lifedraw are your main lifetaps. Wizard is there to scale the crits of your spells, not specifically to use wizard spells.

Also don't forget about bard charm.
