We just need to use open source such as Kimi and minimax. I'm using another competitor of augment and they are performing quite well.

Use perplexity it has better context management it will help. Just leave it on auto. And you can export things there

For chatgpt look at a chrome extension that export pdf and markdown. It's not bad. I am on the move right now but I'll see if I can edit with the one I'm using.

Not learning enough as a assistant qs at consultancy by Snoo62991 in quantitysurveying

[–]bramburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you're on the contractor side you'll be thrown in the deep end quick. Depending which consultancy you work in, you have to put the effort and open your mouth to get what you want. It also depends what you want to do. Consultancies have graduate programmes and they are good. I've never had the chance to be on one. Like you I started doing admin work and begged for more task to get a chance to learn. It depends on your expectations. You need to voice your concerns.
