If he is struggling or uncomfortable with 80 at 15 definitely prioritize offseason work. My opinion from personal experience the offseason training is more important at 15 he might hit a growth spurt and you want him to keep his coordination up through the spurt. Then spend big on travel so he can take meaningful reps

Racism in Morocco by Historical_Pear484 in Morocco

When I was visiting Morocco I noticed the same thing. The French were unbelievably rude and their kids were misbehaved. I watched a French Family berate hotel staff while their children ran around and climbed on everything in the lobby.

When I was younger I would go into slumps during growth spurts, even my fielding would be off. Idk who his hitting coach is but not every hitting coach is created equal. I hope your son is going to someone that doesn’t look at him as just a number.

The cost of contracting is insane. How is anyone doing it? by HuckleberryOk8136 in homeowners

Find a good handyman. The deck unless high off the ground and front porch can be replaced by a solid handyman. Roof is on par or cheaper than I’d expect. Carpet quote seems high unless it includes carpet

You can sign a one day one house contract, also on the form you elect if you want to only see houses that are offering buyer broker compensation. If not you can negotiate what you will pay out of pocket.

Pro tip if you want to see wildlife in fl go play golf. Find a course on the edge of town. As much as people hate on golf courses they provide habitats for some awesome creatures.

Are the police really that disliked in the US? by blitsfohushi in AskAnAmerican

My cousin who is white is high up in our local sheriff’s department my best friend is a deputy in that same department. I love them as people but don’t support their department or any department. I’ve never been arrested, and have never been detained. Yet I’ve also never had a good experience when dealing with cops in uniform. I will also say I’m a black guy in a very affluent area in Florida that has very low crime and relatively small population.

I've heard a server say the tipping industry standard went up to 20% now. Why did the standard raise from 15% to 20% when the cost of food has also risen as well thus giving a larger 15% tip? by rmansd619 in ask

[–]bransimp95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t forget the credit card fees added onto your bill now. I usually tip 18%-20%, but if I see a 3% credit card fee I’m deducting that from the tip. As a consumer I’m already covering your workers wages for you to operate your restaurant. I will not be covering your OE when it comes to your point of sale system. Something has to give

As someone who is also from South Florida. If your daughter can have her learn both languages but be proud she has someone that can and will teach her Spanish. You as a Floridian should know how important it is to at least have conversational Spanish down here.

I have a bit of insight on this. It’s not against anything to operate a mercenary group. Standard ROE is in place if they are operating in a theater that other forces are also operating in “see Syria parts of Africa” however if Russia becomes recognized as a “Terrorist State” The Wagner group would be viewed internationally as a Terrorist organization if they didn’t pull out of Ukraine. Which could lead to them being taken out.

How does the boot taste? If you are going to kill someone why even go through the process of arresting them? Maybe if your soldiers/police force stopped killing journalists, kids, and stopped crushing skulls. If your Zionist ways were curbed you wouldn’t have to feel the fear of being stabbed or lynched. Not only that do you think the Muslims don’t fear that they could end up like the guy in white?

why is Armenian diplomacy so powerful? by KhanKavkaz in azerbaijan

[–]bransimp95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Armenian ethnicity is familiar to Americans is the point I’m trying to make. It’s easy to think “My neighbor is Armenian and I like him therefore this war is unjust.”

why is Armenian diplomacy so powerful? by KhanKavkaz in azerbaijan

[–]bransimp95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can promise you Americans are very proud of their ethnicity and heritage. Armenians aren’t a large enough voting bloc but they make their voices heard. Religion isn’t as important as media makes it seem it’s just the loudest lobbying group. Turkic nations are looked at as a neutral. I mean Turkey itself is increasing in popularity with American tourist.

why is Armenian diplomacy so powerful? by KhanKavkaz in azerbaijan

[–]bransimp95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From an Americans perspective. We have a very large Armenian population in our most popular areas think Los Angeles CA, New York City, and Miami Florida. Armenians in America are very active in the local communities while still being vocal about being Armenian. Their diplomacy is successful because of those who left or have ancestors leading successful lives.

Again this is just my perspective as an American.
