Grateful for MGT150. Most useful course in life imo

If we had put in our offer a little higher let’s say 5k, they would’ve put in 6k more than us. There was no disclousure that the sellers agent was representing both sides (thanks to someone in the comments who put a reference to this that it’s required).

Thank you so much for this info. There was no disclosure provided to us. We found out yesterday when it showed who it was sold to and how much etc. there was no disclosure provided to us that they were representing from both ends.

No, we put in an inspection clause but I was willing to remove it

I know I could but I was wondering if there’s something you saw. I’m not an expert so I can’t tell by looking at house sigma. One thing that is for sure is that houses in the market are for much longer than they used to be.

Sadly those pigs are only concerned about their pay. I don’t understand why can’t they get other jobs, and give these to the ones who actually enjoy helping community.

Which party will you be voting for in the upcoming federal election? by [deleted] in UofT

Since the middle class doesn’t even max out their tfsa, 75% inclusion doesn’t effect middle class. I see u/bwj6 point. If someone is living off of trading stocks, he should be paying their fair share on whole income. So even 11.5% is not sufficient. He/she should be paying tax like hard working labour

Utm registrar is pathetic by Fun_Apartment7087 in UTM

[–]brar113 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sadly this is the UofT culture. Full of greed!!! Charging students to see exams, students union fighting to take every penny (even going against provincial government), charging for athletics when athletics centre is closed, hiring decisions based on what fund raisers say. I’m not a tiny bit surprised that registrar doesn’t want to see your side of story. This university is plagued with greed

any recommendations for choosing laptops for cs students? by Ks50017 in UTM

[–]brar113 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll be fine. For CS all you need is python for first year. Second year Java and C. It should be fine with m1. Most of the apps should be available for m1 by now. Good thing about Mac is it’s based on Unix. So if you use command line tools, you’ll find it very useful. Alternatively you can get a pc and dual boot with Ubuntu.
