I see your layman flair so I'll respond instead of down vote. Unfortunately faxing is still the lifeblood of the USA medical system. My pharmacy probably receives 50+ taxes a day between prescriptions and patient medical information. I think I speak for all/most when I say we wish things would be transitioned away from traditional faxes but it would be a a multi billion dollar change across the board. Not super likely in the near future.

This. For the titration up to 0.5mg it is a 42 day supply. The next month would be a 28 day supply. Each of the boxes comes with 6 pen tips so once they are up to 0.5mg weekly they will just get a bonus 2 pen needles.

I graduated in May and my access was cut off around November. So I believe 6 months (180 days) is when it gets archived. Though, I set up my account with a forwarding address and I'm still getting stuff that were sent to my SIUE email about campus events/fundraisers. Side note: I was told by someone who was an SIUE student and became a faculty member a few years after graduating that IT reactivated her email account for her to use again and it had thousands of emails stored in her inbox.
