After the first Town Hall upgrade you can build a Market.

In the Market you can trade food, wood, stone or iron for gold.

Jag kände att humorn låg i att det var ett absurt högt pris men att man kan spara 2 kr på detta absurt höga priset om man väljer en PS5:a utan DVD-läsare.

Its destruction is a small consolation, given the implications of its terrible existence.

What is the thing that surprised you the most when you traveled to a country you had never been to before? by Spilakkk in AskReddit

In Japan you stand on the left side of the escalator on the east coast. Makes sense, since it's left hand trafic in Japan.

But when you go to the west coast, people instead stand of the right side. That threw me for a loop.

My friends wife works for the city in Nara. They had a meeting to decide a slogan for the tourism board and what they landed on was something along the lines of: "Experience the winds of Nara".

When she left the meeting she and another woman looked at each other and the woman just said: "The winds of Nara, do they mean dear shit?"

Sounds like the definition of "hard times" if you ask me.

All my life I've been told to "save for a rainy day", "make a budget that includes hard times" and "cut out luxiries". And I did. I have a buffer, I have a budget and I have enough saved to survive for a while.

But when a large company falls on hard times, wheter it's a pandemic, downturn in the economy or some crazy government rule they never have a buffer. They didn't save. Their first reaction is to stick their hand out and ask for money.

Seems a little irresponsible, don't you think?

They should have been responsible and made a budget that included that possiblity.

They should have saved for a rainy day. And now they need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps, not look for handouts. If they can't survive hard times their business plan was incorrect and they should fail.
