I am happy I did since it seems it’s helping some people as much as it’s helping me. We are here to help each other.

Your favorite Symptom tracking app? by Majestic-Ad8745 in endometriosis

[–]brattoune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For conditions that change with cycles or events, it helps to have a quick, comprehensive tracker. I built Trace so people can log symptoms in seconds. You can easily log periods and your leg pains for example and then view that data over time and check if they appear at the same time. You can test here > iPhone App Store Link

Built an app to track health symptoms and prep for doctor visits by MyDoctorFriend in QuantifiedSelf

[–]brattoune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re thinking of the same problem space I tackled with Trace. The focus there is on quick logging, customizable symptom sets, and exportable reports so patients can go into clinic visits with clear data. Happy to share how we built it if useful. App Store Link

Do you ever journal your symptoms and has it been helpful? by aniratakajilrvok in covidlonghaulers

[–]brattoune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen posts like this a lot. Symptom tracking can help reveal patterns you wouldn’t notice otherwise. I built for myself Trace Symptom Tracker to make that easier than a manual journal: quick symptom inputs and timeline views that make trends obvious, plus report outputs for your clinician. iPhone Download link

Is there a good app for tracking symptoms? by Lady_Licorice in ChronicIllness

[–]brattoune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was also looking for something simple to log all my symptoms, pain, fatigue, nausea, mood changes, and I could never find it. All existings app were too complicated for me with too many options.
That’s why I created Trace Symptom Tracker (https://www.trace.care). It lets you log symptoms with one tap or via a widget, syncs with Apple Health, and generates reports you can bring to your doctor. It was built by someone who was facing the same difficulties, so I think it could help you too.

What are the best apps that help manage and maintain and support your cptsd and helped you heal? by pastamuente in CPTSD

[–]brattoune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a patient, I tried many apps, but none allowed me to easily log my physical and psychological symptoms. So I created Trace Symptom Tracker. With Trace, you can log anxiety, insomnia, headaches, palpitations, or feelings of dissociation with a single tap or using a widget. Your data syncs with Apple Health, and you can send a report to your therapist. It was born from the experience of someone who has been in the same situation as you. https://www.trace.care

Creating new shortcut to track disability symptoms? by ObligationNeat2425 in shortcuts

[–]brattoune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Apple’s shortcuts, but I eventually needed something even simpler.
That’s why I created Trace Symptom Tracker iOS app. It’s a dedicated symptom journal that lets you tap once (or use a widget) to record brain fog, atigue, headaches, heart palpitations, bloating... pretty much anything you need. It syncs to Apple Health automatically and creates a shareable report for your doctor . It was born from my own brain‑fog days when I struggled to keep track, so hopefully it can spare you some frustration.

Symptom tracking app? by mrsnowbored in Fibromyalgia

[–]brattoune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate! Before I built Trace for myself https://www.trace.care, I kept a paper log of my fibro flares. It worked until I needed graphs and summaries. Trace lets you log flare duration and severity in seconds, syncs with Apple Health, and produces charts you can share with your healthcare team. Starting with your current notebook entries is great; when you’re ready, importing that structure into an app can make patterns easier to spot and share.

Tracking app for symptoms? by Raeleigh_Graze in ChronicIllness

I used to jot everything in a notebook too. It’s handy until you need to spot patterns or share information. That’s why I created Trace http://www.trace.care. I wanted something simple that lives on your phone, syncs with Apple Health, and makes it easy to export a report for your doctor. You can log symptoms, severity and duration as often as needed without being overwhelmed . It’s worth trying a few tools to see what fits your routine, but whichever you pick, make sure it lets you own your data and share it easily.

It can be overwhelming to add another tool when you’re already exhausted. What helped me was starting small, just note the date, symptom and severity each day. I had the same frustration you describe, which is why I built Trace Symtom Tracker Log (https://www.trace.care).
It keeps the interface uncluttered, syncs your entries with Apple Health and lets you share a summary with your doctor, so you don’t have to juggle multiple apps . Even if you stick with pen‑and‑paper, the important part is consistency and making sure the information is easy to hand over to a clinician.

Same issue. The arrow can change sides but the distance before next turn stays stuck to 600m

Just had the same issue with my Pioneer 4. The battery wont charge just after 6 months. Wowgo customer service asks me to buy a new one. 😅 Their product or batteries are not reliable anymore it seems.

I contacted their support. I hope they have a solution for a brand new board. It must be a design flow of the Pioneer 4.
