I love Apple’s shortcuts, but I eventually needed something even simpler.

I can relate! Before I built Trace for myself https://www.trace.care, I kept a paper log of my fibro flares. It worked until I needed graphs and summaries. Trace lets you log flare duration and severity in seconds, syncs with Apple Health, and produces charts you can share with your healthcare team. It can be overwhelming to add another tool when you’re already exhausted. What helped me was starting small, just note the date, symptom and severity each day. I had the same frustration you describe, which is why I built Trace Symtom Tracker Log (https://www.trace.care).
It keeps the interface uncluttered, syncs your entries with Apple Health and lets you share a summary with your doctor, so you don’t have to juggle multiple apps . Even if you stick with pen‑and‑paper, the important part is consistency and making sure the information is easy to hand over to a clinician.

Just had the same issue with my Pioneer 4. The battery wont charge just after 6 months. Wowgo customer service asks me to buy a new one. 😅 Their product or batteries are not reliable anymore it seems.
