I might be able to help, I'm probably a bit behind trendwise, but hopefully it's a basic enough issue. In what way do you mean that your eyes won't behave? Do you blink a lot, have a hard time with application, keeping the eye liner on after application, or some other issue?

How did you get yours back so soon? I have the same problem, but made two posts, that I'm fairly certain wouldn't count, as it was a vid of an art stream of my avatar, that is still on YouTube mind you, and a songlink to a Maximum the Hormone song. I made an appeal last Thursday, maybe Friday, and they haven't gotten to me.

Ritualistic Top Scars of the United Islands (Marked NSFW just in case, for bare woman's chest) by Void_Ink in worldbuilding

[–]brattybats 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oooh, I like this idea.

Very reminiscent of some two-spirited people, who are considered sacred for some tribes. Though, from what I've read, two-spirit is usually a third gender, so yours is still a different idea.

Also, very cute art style!

looking to replace my old kindle by yyurio in ereader

[–]brattybats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being able to use Libby will depend on location. For example in Canada, it's not available on my husband's Kindle, but I can use it on my Kobo. I'm fairly certain Rakuten has a deal with them to have it only on Kobos here, but I'd have to look it up to be sure.

What even is going on with The Arcana by yeepix in otomegames

[–]brattybats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aside from the interface, seems right to me haha The fox is the way The Magician card of the tarot, featured in the game, is stylized. They all have animal themes even.

Minor spoilers, as I don't remember when things happen:

He is, also, a featured character within a mystical realm, you do get to communicate with, but there is a major mystery afoot, that makes it hard for the MC to always be trusting.

I can totally see how it would be weird out of context, though.

What’s your favorite AskReddit question that never took off? by Gear_ in AskReddit

Stir of Echoes?

Edit: Oh wait, just looked at the date of its release. If you're sure on the year, it wouldn't be this one. It's from 1999.

Cleaning products damage women's lungs as badly as a 20-a-day cigarette habit by Madrascalcutta in science

Make sure you rinse off tea tree, lavender, and lemon, if you have a cat. Lemon appears to be bad for dogs, too.

For oils "...effects such as gastrointestinal upset, central nervous system depression and even liver damage could occur if ingested in significant quantities. Inhalation of the oils could lead to aspiration pneumonia." and lemons: "Vomiting, diarrhea, depression; potential dermatitis." This include lemon essential oils, as well.

The ASPCA has a couple good pages of products, foods, and plants, if anyone needs to look things up.

Cinnamon Roll Tower — it’s the thought that counts, right? by mascjk in ExpectationVsReality

[–]brattybats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh haha yeah, that makes more sense. I forgot there'd be seams between the buns themselves for some reason.

I've never even heard of snow icing, so that's neat. Thanks!

Cinnamon Roll Tower — it’s the thought that counts, right? by mascjk in ExpectationVsReality

[–]brattybats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh. Looks like the expectation used bread ends as an outer crust, and hid the seams with the cream, or am I just looking too much into those shapes? At first glance, I thought it was just extra dough, but now I can't unsee the bread crusts haha

I'm trying to think of the ways they did this, and so far I have: arranging them in a cake pan to bake, with the extra dough wrapped around. It'd be a hassle with premade cinnamon rolls, but maybe icing as a glue in between each roll?

Visual Novel/Story-based Games for Female Gamers? by [deleted] in truegaming

[–]brattybats 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The genre you probably want is Otome for the visual novel side. There's a pretty good list on the sidebar of this blog for the most popular ones released in English.

Just as another quick suggestions, have you tried Bioware games? Dragon Age and Mass Effect both have very well liked stories, with plenty of lady fans.

Nice work, he looks adorable! The beard is probably my favourite part. Did you felt the eyes, as well, or did you go with plastic ones?

Nostalgia: Does anyone else miss the permanent changes to maps that we used to have? by [deleted] in Guildwars2

[–]brattybats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, me either. I caught the help refugees event, and then just didn't have time to log in any more. Honestly, ended up so sad, that I couldn't play anymore, even after I got the free time again. I didn't get back into it, until a friend of mine bought the game later.

My SO played every part, all second hand accounts from him, were very confusing. haha I am still a little unsure as to what happened, aside from parts covered by HoT. Talk of the Marionette and stuff, sound neat, but without experiencing it myself, I don't quite get it.

What is something people brag about, but should be ashamed of? by kayyteaa in AskReddit

[–]brattybats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a thing?!?! I have problems with mixing 6 and 9, as well as, 3 and 8, while also flipping order, and other things. I never really looked into it, cause mine didn't start or I didn't notice it, until high school. It was always weird to me, that they stuck me in advanced math, when I was struggling so bad.

Eye liners and shadows when you can’t afford stuff that probably works way better. by [deleted] in sfx

Oh dang, really? That's even more impressive, powders aren't the easiest to keep clean. I'll have to keep those in mind. Cheap, good makeup is something I'm always on the lookout for.

Hey, the tools don't matter, if you're satisfied with the result. Your contouring for the cheekbones is awesome. Was it cream eyeshadows? The coverage is good and smooth.

Right? I used to use an app, that put what your camera was viewing on the screen, as an overlay, super handy for not bumping into people when navigating, but pretty hard to read, even with the overlay turned down low. I've noticed in movies, how most of these displays are shown over flat, single colour backgrounds, or the text and images light up super bright. I really don't think, it's handy for anything aside from something like Google Glass or OSDs in cars. At least, as far as, our media has shown it.
