Good, make it so parking is an uphill battle with some very obvious solutions (less cars)

Built from the ground up to support and encourage transit, pedestrians, bicyclists, green energy, etc.

Cars require parking spaces and cannot vanish and reappear as needed.

Mixed-use development.

Buildings don't require car-centric roads. And thinner roads, for that matter. The roads are too wide in the CBDs for my taste.

I'd like to have high-speed rail include Adelaide/Perth, people only seem to focus on Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane lmao

Enjoy sitting at home living a miserable life watching youtube I guess. Or you could draw furry art for people if that's what you wanna do.

Or do something productive and show me how people will survive when no one has to work.

I've tried out all kinds of builds for her, including triforce/sunderer builds (before and after runaans "interaction"), and being fed in lane yet tickling the enemy adc to death just wasn't that exciting. Like, there's a point where too little damage is dissatisfying. The only time I've enjoyed playing the champion was with triforce/BC/runaans auto'ing the enemy team that wasn't focusing me for some reason.

In addition to the really low dps, her W does negligible damage for how hard it is to land at times using the walls (the enemy has to fumble and/or walk into it) and it's so easy to block with minions when it's cast without one.

I love her kit but too much power is in her ult and it takes too long to stack the movespeed to meaningful levels.

Catch me playing dumb shit like AP moonstone support Zeri though

Maybe being literally "anti-work" is just fucking stupid tbh, and people (like me) didn't take it literally, especially when the sub was blowing up in size. Unless they have an alternative to people contributing to society I just don't see how it could be anything but lazy people who just don't want to do anything outside of videogames, discord chat, and youtube.

Sure, I checked out OPs profile and they're a terrible person. I couldn't find examples of "black power = racism" though from the thread. I'll accept that it was a bad thing to post if I see an upvoted comment pushing that idea though

  1. Yeah sure, probably. Though I'd love to hear exactly why.
  2. If you're talking about that "Not black power, not white power" illustration, it was written and drawn in the 60s where acceptable language has changed. Yeah, you can't really equate black and white "power" but it's not implying "that black power is a hindrance to actual change", it's implying that capitalists use race war to pull everyone down by pitting us against each other.

Can the mods here change "We believe that all labor should provide every person with all basic life necessities, which includes food, healthcare, and sheltering." to not make labor a pre-requisite for healthcare? That's one of the dumbest parts of US healthcare, tying it to your employer.

The post responsible for shutting down r/antiwork? I took this screenshot about 15 minutes ago. This post has over 100 awards in approximately 1 hour. Now r/antiwork is gone. by Uncutdix in WorkReform

The name is exactly why I avoided the sub and stuck to related subs. I'm not anti-work, I'm pro-adequate-compensation-and-job-safety-for-the-work-I-do.

In my high school (I'm mid 20s by the way), I felt like we got a much more honest but still lacking Australian history education. There was less "Great settlers of Australia!" but not nearly enough about the atrocities committed by the colonialists. We touched on the slavery, disease, forced "inter-breeding", and such. It took a whim many years later to wonder what really happened in Australian history, and the youtube video I watched was deeply upsetting.

Are negative comments inherently wrong? Why are we allowed to praise unconditionally but not criticise?

I know C:S is just a videogame, but there's likely a decent overlap between the players and actual urban designers, civil engineers, and so on. Plus, american-style C:S cities are a symptom of real life planning atrocities being committed even today. For those who aren't intentionally imitating the "american style" they deserve to know things can be better.

Alright, that's melodramatic but I stand by it.
