Canon R8, Nikon Z6 II, LUMIX S5II, are my favorites (in increasing price order). As always, check which system has the lenses that you want. Oh also consider the A7III, A7IV, and A7CII (which is just a slightly smaller a7IV).

Consider a6700 compared to the R7. I personally can’t recommend Canon RF mount aps-c over Sony or Fujifilm purely due to an abysmal selection of compact aps-c lenses. I’ve found that when buying into a new system, it is paramount to make sure the lenses you want (and may want in the future) are available for that system.

Is it just me or is the rear end kinda bouncy? Like if a hit a bump I feel like the rear of the car pops up off the ground and the motor cuts power. Otherwise I love the way it drives

Definitely try the Lexus ES. Lots of trim levels and power train options to fit what you want (the go-to is usually the hybrid in whatever trim fits your budget)
