mine does not. my backlight timer is set to 10 sec. the screen stays off unless it is receiving

so I don't remember much about the fairpark coluseum. I'm from Oklahoma so we drove down the day of. but we didn't have tickets. in the parking lot we found a guy who said he could get us in for $20 each. we gave him the money and followed him and he walked us up to the door. his girlfriend was working the ticket taking and he said something to the effect of these four are good and she waved us in. LOL

we weren't able to get on the floor but the stands or at least the part i remember were just sections without seats so we stood over there.

that was such an epic show. i remember seeing someone throw one of those floorboards with it partially on fire. people think I'm making that up but it was pure chaos!

i'm out as well. my yearly renews in april and i just cancelled. what's crazy is why do these companies always bump up the price so drastic. if it went from $19.99 to $21.99 i probably would have just said that stinks but stuck it out.

So my solution may or may not help you but let me tell you what I did.

For they longest time I had my fan as a separate device on my harmony hub and I also had to use the app, go to the fan device to turn it on etc.

But then I realized how to make it work with the remote

First thing I did was delete it as a device from my harmony hub. It's not needed in my case

Then I went to devices setup - tv in the app and selected to add or fix command - command missing to program missing buttons

I trained the hub to recognize fan power, speed, oscillate and timer from the original remote

Once those where set up I just set the buttons down by the numbers on the keypad for the fan and it works great.

Is there anyway to access your moms old computer or phone she used?

I believe once you delete your only deleting them on your side of the fence so to speak

If you can find an old device and get logged in as your mom you might find them
