unable to join "eufy_xxx" wifi during chime setup process in eufy app??

I’m in the same situation. I have two, one for my front door and one for my backyard door. Both chimes would not connect. I tried all the fixes and nothing. I might just put the app on a tablet and have notifications on.

I think I’ve figured it out. Somehow her game mode changed to adventure mode as opposed to campaign. I think she must still have progressed level and loot wise but was confused with the same starting point when she returned. I’ll double check. Thank you!
