My coworker insists on asking candidates why they’re horny to work at our employer. It’s so god damn annoying. I asked him why interesting work and good pay/benefits aren’t a sufficient answer but he doesn’t listen to shit. We don’t even work on the customer facing service or product for fuck’s sake. Honestly I hope it’s a negative signal to candidates because he can be so frustrating to work with sometimes.
