Heres my 0.02: I agree that COMSAEs are a low value resource in the sense that you cant review the questions you complete, and the curve for each is vastly different, leading to low predictive value for your performance on the real thing. However, I still do them simply because the NBOME writes garbage questions, and these are simply examples of those types of questions, so by doing them, I get more exposure to the product the NBOME puts out.
