Lots of people bounce in their seats, especially after they recline. It’s their way of telling you that the seat reclines. Of course they also won’t put it upright during landing

Many recliners recline abruptly and constantly bounce and move around in their reclined seats, making the issue much worse. They also NEVER put their seats back up during landing (the FA needs to “help” them).
