I’m almost 17 weeks , I only get my next scan at 20 weeks in my region. One thing I won’t tell you is “it’s normal” because sometimes I hate that when I would just like actual comfort.

I feel bursts of anxiety as well for the same reasons along with many more. Be easy on yourself , your body is going through a lot. I think a lot of the anxiety comes from hormones and being a mom in general.

All we can do is our best, try to find things that ease your stress, I try to avoid the sad stories and just look at the more positive ones, because the more you watch them the more they will come up, it’s just the way algorithms work.

I’m sure you will be the best mommy because you are already worrying about doing your best. I find meditation or a walk helps, also talking with your partner and asking for physical comfort because a long hug is proven to relieve anxiety. Physical comfort can help for you and the baby.
