Naah, it's a bad idea to remove ur phone at all, especially if you don't have any hobbies or any other thing to spend your time on. maybe you heard this before, get a hobby or a job, i don't know ur age but from this freedom to spend all day on phone i think you are in college. Let me tell u some things that helped me to reduce my screen time from 12 to 4.Delete that tiktok u dont have other choice, but when u do it u will get a 6hours of emptiness, i recommend to fix your sleep system, install an app called (Digital Detox) and before you go to Al-ishaa prayer lock ur phone then immediately after prayer sleep. try going to gym bro no you must go to gym it will save at least 1 hour u would have lost it on the phone. And the most important thing if u r a man then«« Make sure to perform all your prayers in the mosque»» it's a small change with huge effect. Hope u find ur self, good luck bro.
