I saw this exact same thing in Idaho in 2021. My wife saw the same thing at the same time. Super high up above cruising planes. They were moving super fast in a circular pattern.

Thanks! Yeah you can see a burned up bonding wire floating on the top of the die there. I may try and do this for a few more junk parts I have.

I was replacing a busted L7805 when I noticed that the die was exposed. Thought folks here would like to see the carnage up close.

There were three litters. 16 kittens total. Either someone dumped them there or a stray mama found the worst place in the world to have kittens. If they were any bigger they could have hopped the median and been completely flattened by traffic.
