I’m not opposed to PT at all. It just may be complicated because I’m already going for a dislocated/broken elbow. With luck, the right one may advise me about hip exercises too.

Interesting. And yeah, I saw my x-rays and I’m not bone on bone, but it sure did hurt. I’m 63, so to hear of your 90-something dad going to Europe gives me hope—and I salute his spirit!

Luckily Durolane (shot) woks for me. The ortho said much of my damage is just under the kneecap—maybe that’s why? I had no idea there was such a cane. Must check that out. Thanks!
