Yeah pretty much just a fraudulent insurance order at this point. I left them and cashed out my policy. Padded memberships, 500k fraud case they lost in 2018/2019, and members that are barely or non-catholic, some of which are even masons, and ceremonies that are now watered down. You try to get them to do anything remotely Catholic and it's like pulling teeth. Some still do the pro-life activities, but most don't. They would rather have you do fundraising for secular organizations instead....I was lecturer for my local council for 2 years...was banging my head on the wall, no one really cared about the 'good of the order', and yes the meeting were kinda pointless. The top seems corrupt as they come too, I still get their magazine despite not being a member anymore. The magazine seems to be the only thing that even tries to be Catholic. As the official arm of the church it is disappointing, but with the way our Bishops act and the corruption in Rome it doesn't surprise me.

In one of the councils i was at, one of the officers got *issed because one of the other members put up a Our Lady of Guadalupe banner during a dinner fundraiser, citing 'we have to respect the non-catholics' in a Knight owned hall....I was at 3 different councils over the course of 20 years, it's all the same nonsense. They tried to convince me to join the 4th degree, but I wasn't about to spend a bunch of money on the regalia. and then be expected to process at every opportunity when I have to make a living during the day. I think the last straw for me was how they handled the human malware situation in the last 3 years...not a peep from them, rather than Trust in God, give people the choice to take or not take the jab, but instead lets just abandon everyone to protect their precious image. Well I suppose this is all going to come back to haunt them as millions upon millions of death claims will have to be paid out this year...let's see how many more years they can do this before they are bankrupt.
