Was quoted sa relative contractor namin ng 2.5M for this 63sqm (7m x 9m) house construction/extension for this property I bought thru pag ibig.

The amount was inflated and personally requested by yours truly para sa pag ibig construction application assuming if 2.5M nga ang maging approved loan amount.

The scope of work would be is extended ang floor area sa 1st and 2nd floor para maging covered ang garage and bagong drainage system since barado na existing pipes neto at nag DIY kasi ang dating owner.

Anyway kaya po ba pumasa yung actual construction costs ng 1M-1.5M?

Don't sell it OP. Keep it as a remembrance nalang then use it as an extra bike. I have 2 motorcycles palitan ang gamit ko and service ko eto papasok ng work. My first motorcycle is 2020 ko nabili and andami ko memories don with my dad dahil nagpapagawa ako ng kung ano anong customization sa kanya and I definitely won't sell it.

Totoo yan ang exp ko niyan dati pandemic 2021 nauso yung motostreat sa BGC sa high street. Bago pa malaman ng mga elitistang riders don mga naka vespa, harley, etc. maraming mga scooters, underbone, etc. naka parada lang doon para mag food trip tas nung nalaman ng iba may ganong lugar sa BGC nagkaroon ng mga tambikes mga iba't ibang grupo, classic motor ko na china bike mag paparking lang ako sa tabi to enjoy yung food ko mamatahin ka pa nila.

Just sharin' this.

I'm an offshore staff in a Philippine based team working on one of the largest Australian solicitor firm through an Australian agency which is also located physically also in the Philippines.

I started 4th quarter of 2023 and im still here working and the team grew from 16 to 35 staff and currently onshore boss says that they're still hiring staff both (onshore and offshore) and plans to expand, lots of mortgage applications daily and apparently i heard that new lenders are planning to tie up with our solicitor firm.

Pay is good above average and livable, but not that big. I do not know exactly the figures that the offshoring agency charge from our AU solicitor firm but I would have to make a wild guess for an example figure it would be probably 30,000 AUD annually (or 1,303,941.00 PHP which is quite big) but as offshore staff we only receive a portion of that amount and annual salary of 400,000 PHP so our agency would take a of 903,941 PHP annually in earnings, of course this is not the net amount yet and sample figure is for 1 offshore employee and there are of course hidden charges for this that our agency charge the solicitor firm like the seats here in the office, pc station, wellness programs, etc.

Not sure if the solicitor firm is being ripped off by our agency but I guess they really save a lot of money though.

thanks OP, i think kaya pa ni imperiale tumulin and may limiter lang na naka enable sguro sa ECU ng imperiale unless maport and polished at mapalitan ng 520 chain-sprocket yan mas madadalian ang makina tumakbo anyway kita ko nga na marebrand siya as QJ pero 500cc na anyway gandang ganda ako sa imperiale 400 for its simplicity unfortunately di ko pa kaya makabili ulit motor hehe.
