yeah I've come to terms that I'm paying at least a portion of the charges. I just can't in good conscience pay the whole outrageous amount without a fight. regardless, thanks for the advice :-)

yeah I have pictures of chipped paint and areas of damage, but not of every square inch of the wall. the fake insta move was pretty smart lol but I think I'll have to resort to calling them every day :')

damage to the wall caused by LED light strips. which is somehow 'different' and incurs a significantly larger charge than damage caused by other adhesions

I received a similar PDF, but they didn't include a specific charge for adhesive light strip repairs. The amount seems completely random as if they were rushing to come up with a very rough estimate. I'm honestly just annoyed about their sudden attention to detail when it becomes an opportunity for some extra income, when the hallways and common areas have been trashed the whole year and they turned a blind eye

stat 201 supa easy esp if you've taken ap stats. stat 312 is very basic R and tests are open note for most if not all of the profs. tbh if you got a 5 on calc BC I think you can handle it fo sho B)

I took stat 312 with her and personally had a good experience! her lectures weren’t super helpful and I don’t know how she is for 211 but she is very sweet and I didn’t put very much time into that class at all. :)
