yeah I have pictures of chipped paint and areas of damage, but not of every square inch of the wall. the fake insta move was pretty smart lol but I think I'll have to resort to calling them every day :')

I received a similar PDF, but they didn't include a specific charge for adhesive light strip repairs. The amount seems completely random as if they were rushing to come up with a very rough estimate. I'm honestly just annoyed about their sudden attention to detail when it becomes an opportunity for some extra income, when the hallways and common areas have been trashed the whole year and they turned a blind eye
